The produced file is called an SQL Dump, which is a plain text file containing a series of MySQL Queries (SQL Statements) to manipulate a database, such as creating/editing tables and inserting records. While not required for the operation of the software, SQL Converter for Excel works well with the phpMyAdmin web-based MySQL administration program.
